Clean and great value hotel. Amazing pool. Excellent location near the restaurant, adventure park, and Miniatura park. Airy room. Rich breakfast options. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Good private bathroom.

I came here for 3 nights and had a such great stay. The atmosphere created was family. I had soundproof family room with great shower free bikes to borrow, a balcony and modern decor. The breakfast available was rich with water & wine and wine, for instance.

The location was lovely, and I could use free parking on site. the hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a very quiet area. So glad that the Wheelchair Accessible room with balconies and amazing wide shower cabin I booked was available.

The hotel is situated near the beach and has a free swimming pool and Jacuzzis in front. The food in the hotel is very diverse and tasty. Perfect economy hotel for travelers with children. We stayed in the Deluxe room. It is quite different from the standard rooms in this hotel. Deluxe room is equal to a very- very good 4 star hotel. It has perfect design, very beautiful and bright.

The beachbeds and wi-fi were for additional payment.

We went to watch the National Welsh Basketball squad play in the Euros in San Marino. The hotel was in a very good location was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and the pool was lovely.

We really loved our stay at this quiet and amazing place! the breakfast they served was so good, with a variety of options including water and wine 🍷. the service was top-notch too!

Good breakfast and close to sea side

The fact that people from the staff were always smiling and usefull. The room was well cleaned, and comfortable. The hotel is near the beach so you're always ready to go in or out. The swimming pool and spa were great too !

The schedule for the breakfast was too short (last time 10:00) and the staff weren't kind when you were a little bit (2mn ..) late. Nothing important :)

Convenient location for cycling. Nearby towns like Fano, San Marino, San Leo, San Giovanni, and Verucchio worth exploring. Initial room was small but got moved to a nice room. Good restaurant, delicious food. Friendly staff, nice service. Bus stop in front. Pool and free bikes available.

If you booked for bed and breakfast only, you won't have a reserved table in the morning for breakfast and you'll need to wait for a free one. Hot beverage like cappuccino or coffee are of poor quality. The environment is noisy with high volume music played for most part of the evening. TV set of very poor quality. No reserved parking for guests.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The manager did us a deal where if we ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant, it would cost €15.00 per person/each meal. It was well worth the money as it was all you can eat and drinks were included. The pool was conveniently located in the front of the hotel and included a lifeguard and entertainment. There was parking, a mini-market, restaurants, an ice cream shop in the square directly in front of the hotel. The beach was a two minute walk away.

We booked an economy room. The room was in desperate need of updating and was over-priced (€79.00) for what it was. Considering we had just stayed at a Best Western for the same price, the difference in quality was glaringly obvious. It was only because the hotel was located near the beach that they could charge that sort of price for such a horrible room. I must say that in the past, I have stayed at other hotels on the Rimini cost for the same money that offered far better rooms with all our meals included in the price. The Helvetia do have nicer rooms but they cost a lot more. Our friends who were staying with us were on the mezzanine floor so they had to take the lift up and then walk down a flight of stairs to their rooms. The staff graciously offered to help them with their bags which I thought was only fair seeing as it was a bit inconvenient. Our bathroom was very old and very small and had the shower located over the toilet. Very, very bizarre. The TV was tiny and on top of the wardrobe and thus very high up. The phone in the room didn't work. Locking and unlocking the door was a challenge. We were glad we only stayed the night.

Clean, spacious room. Firm, comfortable bed. Love the bidet and towel warming rack. Huge balcony with washing line. Abundance of towels. Friendly and kind staff. Delicious and fresh breakfast. Convenient location near the beachside.

Think the entertainment should be international guests, not just Italians. It should be made clear that guests who are not all inclusive have to pay to go on the beach
